Chap. 64.—An ACT vesting conductors and motormen on street cars in the coun-
ties of this State with police powers, and authorizing them to carry concealed
arms while on duty.

Approved January 16, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That motormen
and conductors operating street-cars in the counties of this State be, and
they are hereby, vested with the powers of special police on their respective
cars: and that they be, and they are hereby, authorized to carry arms hic
from common observation while on duty.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
