Chap. 611.—aAn ACT for relief of M. F. Swann, treasurer of Powhatan county,
and extending time for collecting certain tax tickets.

Approved April 2, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That M. F.
Swann, treasurer of Powhatan county, be allowed one year from the
passaye of this act in which to distrain and levy for and colleet certain
tickets for ¢axes and levies for the vears eighteen hundred and ninety-
seven, ¢ighteen hundred and ninety-eight and cighteen hundred and
ninety-nine in his hands not returned delinguent or Insolvent, and for
which said treasurer has settled with the auditor of public accounts and
with the board of supervisors for the vears aforcsaid.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
