Chap. 114.—An ACT making further appropriation for the purchase of
Books for the Law Library.

, Passed January 28, 1867.

1. Be it enacted, That in addition to the amount appro-
priated for the purpose by the general assembly, at its last
session, the sum of five hundred dollars be and is hereby
appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not other-
wise appropriated, for the purchase of Jaw books for the
state library, the same to be expended under the direction of
the supreme court of appeals, or any two judges thereof.

2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
