Chap. 388.—An ACT declaring the Meherrin river, so far as it marks the boundary
line between the county of Southampton and the county of Greenesville, not to
be a lawful fence.

Approved March 28, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the Meher-
rin river, so far as it marks the boundary line between the county of
Southampton and the county of Greenesville, shall not be deemed a law-
ful fence.

2. All acts and -parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby re-
pealed.

3. This act shall be in force from January the first, nineteen hundred
and three.
