Chap. 350.—An ACT to declare Cripple creek and Reed creek, in the county of
Wythe, a lawful fence.

Approved March 28, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Cripple
creek and Reed creek, in the county of Wythe, be, and they are by this
act declared to be, a lawful fence within said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
