Chap. 268.—An ACT for the relief of R. W. Hutchinson, deputy treasurer of Lou-
doun county.

Approved March 25, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That R. W.
Hutchinson, deputy treasurer of Loudoun county, be allowed one year
from the passage of this act in which to distrain, levy for, and collect un-
collected taxes and levies in his hands for the years cighteen hundred
and ninety-nine and nineteen hundred not returned delinquent or insol-
vent, and for which he has accounted to the State and county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
