Chap. 257.—An ACT to enable the stockholders of the Winchester and Potomac
Railroad Company to fix the date for the annual meeting of said Winchester and
Potomac Railroad Company, and of the stockholders thereof.

Approved March 25, 1902.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That at any reg-
ularly called and organized meeting of the stockholders of the Winches-
er and Potomac Railroad Company said stockholders shall be entitled,
»y resolution duly passed, to fix the date for the annual meeting of said
Winchester and Potomac Railroad Company and of the stockholders
hereof.

2. All acts or parts of acts of assembly inconsistent herewith are hereby
epealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
