Chap. 97.—An ACT to provide for the Liabilities of the Lunatie Asylum
at Staunton, incurred prior to the Ist day of July 1&6o.
Passed Deecinrber 16, 1885.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of twenty-six thousand dollars be appropriated for
the purpose of paying the Habilities incurred by the lunatic
asylum at Staunton, prior to the first day of July, eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, for supplics necessary for the subsist-
ence of the patients. and for the wages of the oflicers, attend-
ants and servants of the said asylum.
2». This act shall be in force trom its passage.
