Chap. 90.—An ACT to authorize the Governor of the Commonwealth to
purchase Arms, Accoutrements and Ammunition for the use of the
Public Guard at the Penitentiary.

Passed December 20, 1865.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the gov-
ernor of this commonwealth be authorized to purchase, fo?
the use of the public guard at the penitentiary, thirty mus-
kets and accoutrements, with sufficient ammunition; to be
paid for out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
appropriated.

2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
