Chap. 88.—An ACT prohibiting further Entry of Waste and Unappro-
priated Lands, or any Grant of such.

Passed January 4, 1866.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall not
be lawful to make any entry of waste and unappropriated
lands, or to issue any grant of such lands upon an entry here-
tofore made, until further provided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
