Chap. 81.—An ACT in relation to Circuit Courts for Corporations.
Passed January 12, 1866
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the several
circuit courts for corporations, and the judges thereof, in
vacation, shall have the same power and jurisdiction, in all
Tespects, within the limits of their respective corporations,
as the circuit courts for counties, and the judges thereof, have
within the limits of their respective counties.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
