Approved March 8, 1896.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
act entitled an act fixing the time for holding courts in
judicial circuit, approved February twentieth, eighteen hu
ninety, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows

That the circuit courts for the several counties comp:
third judicial circuit shall be held at the following times, '

Prince Edward.—First day of March and first day of Se

Amelia.—Tenth day of March and tenth day of Septemk

Charlotte.—Twentieth day of March and twentieth da
tember.

Appomattox.—First day of April and first day of Octobe

pownatan.—Seventeenth day of April and seventeenth d
tober.

Buckingham.—Twenty-fifth day of April and twenty-fi!
October.

Cumberland.—Seventh day of May and seventh day of }

Lunenburg.—Seventeenth day of May and seventeent
November.

Mecklenburg.—Twenty-seventh day of May and twenty-se
of November.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
