An Act to amend and reenact § 46.1-299, as amended, of the Code of Virginia, relating to devices signalling intention to turn or stop and rules therefor.

Chap. 59.—An ACT to amend the 24th section of the 158th chapter of
the Code of 1860, changing the Times of holding the Courts in the 16th
Cireuit,
Passed March 30, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the twenty-
fourth section of chapter one hundred and fifty-eight of the
Code of Virginia (edition of eighteen hundred and sixty) be
amended and re-enacted as follows:
“§ 24. In the sixteenth circuit—For the county of Smyth,
on the last Monday in March, and first Monday before the
last Monday in August; for the county of Tazewell, on the
fourth Monday in April, and third Monday after the fourth
Monday in September ; for the county of Washington, on the
first Monday in April, and last Monday in August; for the
county of Russell, on the second Monday after the fourth
Monday in April, and first Monday after the fourth Monday
in September; for the county of Wise, on the first Monday
after the fourth Monday in April, and fourth Monday in Sep-
tember; for the county of Lee, on the fourth Monday in
April, and third Monday in Septemher; for the county of
Scott, on the third Monday in April, and second Monday in
September; for the county of Bland, on the first Monday be-
fore the last Monday in March, and the second Monday before
the last Monday in August; for the county of Buchanan, on
the third Monday after the fourth Monday in April, and
second Monday atter the fourth Monday in September.”
2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
