Chap. 46.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the Ist paragraph of the 56th
section of chapter &8 of the Code of 1860,
Passed February 21, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That paragraph
first of the thirty-sixth section of chapter eighty-eight of the
Code of eighteen hundred and sixty be amended and re-
enacted so as to read:
“Ist. For each barrel of flour, corn meal or bread in-
spected, two cents.”
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
