Chap. 35.—An ACT to repeal certain sections of the Code, concerning the
KBiection of Judges,

Passed January S, 1866.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of the state of
Virginia, That section two and section twenty of chapter
seven, aud sections seven, eluht and nine of chapter eight of
the Code of Virgima (edition of eighteen hundred and sixty)
be and the same are hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
