Chap. 349.—An ACT concerning the Estate of William Dickinson, deceased.
Passed February 8, 1866,
Whereas it appears that the will, and codicil thercto, of
William Dickinson, late of the county of Kanawha, in the
state of West Virginia, deceased, was, on the twenty-seventh
day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, after having
been proven and recorded theretotore, to wit, on the thir-
teenth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, in
the said county of Kanawha, admitted to probate before the
county court of Bedford county, in this state; and that on
the twenty-sixth day of September, eighteen hundred and
sixty-five, Henry C. Dickinson was, by the said court of
Bedford county, granted letters of administration on the
estate of the said William Dickinson. deceased, with his will
aforesaid annexed, in due form: Theretore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the action
of the county court of Bedford, in relation to the said will
and codicil, be and the same is hereby ratified, and declared
to be legal; and that the said Henry C. Dickinson be rewarded
and held to account tor his past and future acts as such ad-
ministrator as aforesaid.
2. That the clerk of the county court of Bedford, first
making and filing a copy thereof, shall transmit the original
will, and codicil thereto, of the said William Dickinson, now
in his possession, to the recorder of the said county of Ka-
nawha, in the state of West Virginia, where it properly
belongs.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
