Chap. 348.—An ACT for the Compensation of John H,. Allen.
Passed December 20, 18635.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts he and he is hereby authorized and directed
to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of any
money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of John
H. Allen, or his legal representatives, for the sum of forty-
six dollars and fiity-two ‘cents, it being the amount of an
account for mileage and attendance in February and March,
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, in Richmond, as a witness
for the commonwealth in a prosecution for felony.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
