Chap. 346.—An ACT for the relief of Blake B. Woodson, Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Cumberland County.
Passed December 9, 1865.
1. Be it enacted by the veneral assembly, That it shall be
lawful for Blake B. Woodson, clerk of the circuit court of
Cumberland county, to take the oath of office, and give the
bond required by law, before some judge of the circuit court,
in vacation.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
