Chap. 345.—An ACT for the relief of J. O. Pollard, Clerk of the Cireuit
Court of King William County. .
Passed December 14, 1865,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for J. O. Pollard, clerk elect of the circuit court of
King William county, to take the oath of office and give the
bond required by law, before some judge of the circuit court,
in vacation.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
