Chap. 342.—An ACT for the relief of Henry I. Hurt, Sheritf of Halitax
County,
Passed February 13, 1566.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly af Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and di-
rected to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out of
any money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of
Ilenry H. Ilurt, sherif¥ of Ualifax county, or his legal repre-
sentatives, for the sum of one hundred and twenty-three
dollars and seventy cents, that sum being the necessary and
actual amount expended by him in January, cighteen hun-
dred and sixty-six, in conveying a lunatic from IIalifax county
to the Eastern lunatic asylum at Williamsburg.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
