Chap. 341.—An ACT for the relief of Joseph Padgett, late Constable of
Alexanuria County.
Passed March 2, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and em-
powered to issue his warrant upon the treasury of the state,
ayable out of any moneys therein not otherwise appropriated
by law, for the sum of seventy-six dollars and ten cents, in
favor of Joseph Padget, late constable of Alexandria county,
for services rendered as constable aforesaid, prior to the
twenty-fourth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
