treasurer of Pittslyvania county, further time to distrain, levy for, and col
lect certain tax-tickets for which he has accounted to the state.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That B. M
lement, deputy for J. R. Whitehead, late treasurer of Pittsylvani:
ounty, be allowed the further time of one year from the passage of thi
ct in which to distrain, levy for, and collect any uncollected tax
ickets and levies not returned delinquent, and for which he has ac
punted to the state for the year eighteen hundred and ninety-three
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
