Chap. 333.—An ACT for the relief of Jobn S. Harlow.
Passed March 3, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That a judgment
obtained by the commonwealth on the fifth day of September,
eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, in the circuit court for Am-
herst county, against John $8. Harlow. for the sum of five
hundred doilars and costs, the amount of a forfeited recoeni-
zance of Paul C. Harlow, in which the said John S. Harlow
was surety, be and the same 1s hereby released and discharged
as against the said John 8. Harlow and all other persons
whatsoever: and the sheriff of Amherst county is hereby
authorized and directed to return the exceution on said
judgment to the clerk’s office from whence it issued.
2. This act shall be in force from its passace. .
