Chap. 329.—An ACT declaring Hyco River to be a Lawful Fence in the
County of Halifax.

Passed February 28, 1866.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Elyco river,
from its mouth to the state line, in the county of Halitnx, be
and the same is hereby declared a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
