Chap. 328.—An ACT to make portions of Banister River and White-thorn
Creek, in the County of Pittsylvania, a Lawful Fence.
F Passed February 24, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Banister
river, in the county of Pittsylvania, from the lower line of
Charles, Louisa and Catharine Miller, on said river, to the
upper line of James M. Whittle, shall be a lawful fence, as to
the proprietors and occupants of land on said river between
said points.
2. White-thorn creek, in the county of Pittsylvania, from
its mouth to the mill of Allen W. Womack, shall be a lawful
fence, as to the proprietors and occupants of land on said
creek between said points.
8. This act shall be in force from its passage.
