Chap. 327.—An ACT declaring the James River and Kanawha Canal a
Lawful Fence within the limits of the Counties of Albemarle and Flu-
vanna,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the James river und Kanawha canal, within the limits of the
counties of Albemarle and F luvanna, be and the samc is
hereby declared a lawful fence: provided nothing herein
contained shall be construed to affect the rights and privileges
of the James river and Kanawha company.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
