Chap. 313.-An ACT to incorporate the Virginia Savings Bank.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That William
F. Butler, John C. Page, junior, James B. Dupuy, John F.
Reenault, Robert M. Stevenson, Richmond L. Williams,
Solomon A. Myers, William Holt Richardson, Thomas U.
Dudley, with such other persons as are now or may hereafter
be associated with them, shall be and they are hereby consti-
tuted and made a body politic and corporate, under the name
and style of The Virginia Savings Bank; and by this name
and style, are hereby invested with all the rights, powers and
privileges conterred, and made subject to all the rules, regu-
lations and restrictions imposed by the fifty-ninth chapter of
the Code of Virginia, and an act entitled an act to amend the
tenth section of chapter fifty-seven of the Code of Virginia,
passed April ninth, eighteen hundred and fifty-three.
Z. This act shall be in force from its passage.
