J. Pierce, together with such ot yer persons as may be here-
after associated with them, shall be and the same are hereby
made a body polite and eorporate, nader the name and stvle
ot The Snowville Wooitlen Manutseturing Company, in tlie
county of Palessre with all the riehts, powers and privileses
conferred, and made subjoet to all the rules, regulations and
restrictions imposed by the provisions of the Code of Vir-
cimaeof the vear one thousand cieht hi undred and sixty, and
hy any other provisions of sard Code avplicable to such a
corporstion: with a enmntel otf mot less than tem thousand
dollars nor more than fiity theusand dollars. in shares of one
hundred dollars cach.

2. ‘Lhis act shall be in force from its passave, and shall be
subject to alteration, amendment or repeal. at the pleasure of
the gencral assembly.
