Chap. 221.—An ACT to authorize the Richinend and Danville Railroad
Company to borrow Money,
Passed January 3, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Rich-
mond and Danville railroad company be and they are hereby
authorized to borrow, trom time to time, such sums as the
exigencies of the company may require, by disposing of the
bonds of the company to an amount not exceeding, in the
ageregate, the sum of five hundred thousand dollars, on such
terms and at such rate of interest as may be fixed by the
president and directors of the company.
2. ‘Lhis act shall be in force from its passage.
