Chap. 186.—An ACT incorporating the Richmond Hannonie Association,
Passed March 3, 1866.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Charles Seibert (president), Hl. Wentzel (vice-president), J.
C. Fisher (secretary), C. ILaase (cashier), J. F. Kohler (trea-
surer), and M. Fresh (librarian), and their associates, shall be
and the same are hereby constituted a body politic and cor-
porate, under the name and style of Richmond Ilarmonic
Association; aud by that name and atvle, shall be subject to
all the rules, regulations and restrictions imposed, and in-
vested with all the rights, powers and pwivileges conterred
by the chapters fitty-six and fifty-seven of the Code of Vir-
einia (edition of eighteen hundred and sixty), and all other
laws of this commonwealth applicable to sueh corporations.
2, That the said corporation may hold) property, real and
personal, to the value of forty thousand dollars.
3. This act shall be in forte trom its passage, and shall be
subject to amendment. modification or repeal, at the pleasure
of the general assembly.
