Chap. 178.—An ACT authorizing the County Court of Norfolk County to
borrow Money, and for other purposes,
Passed January 29, 1896.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the county
court of Norfolk county be and they are hereby authorized,
all the justices of the said county having first been sum-
moned for that purpose, and a majority thereof being present
and concurring therein, to borrow a sum of money, not ex-
eeeding twenty thousand dollars, for the purpose of rebuild-
ing and repairing bridges in said county, and tor other county
purposes, and to issue the bonds of the county for said money.
» It shall be lawful for the said county court to charge
and collect toll from all persons not resident of the said
county of Norfolk, for passing over the long bridge over
Deep ‘creek, and the great bridge causeway, at a rate to be
fixed by the said county court.
3. This act shall be in force froin its passage.
