Chap. 150.—An ACT to repeal the act amending the Charter of the City
of Richmond, passed February 7th. 1866.

Passed February 24, 1866.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
passed February seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, en-
titled an act to amend the act passed March sixteenth, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-one, entitled an act to amend the
charter of the city of Richmond, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
