Chap. 129.—An ACT to authgrize a Change in the Location of ,a part of
the Flovd Courthouse and Christiansburg Read,

Passed December 15, 1885.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the county
court of Floyd is hereby authorized to change the location
of so much of the Floyd courthouse and Christiansburg
turnpike road as passes through the land of J. 5. Moore, in
suid county: provided, that such change will not make the
state liable for any expenses Incurred thereby.

2. his act shall be in force from its passave.
