Chap. 113.—An ACT authorizing the appropriation of twenty thousand
dollars for the use of the Penitentiary,

Passed Pebruary 28, 1866,

J. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sum of
twenty thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, payable out
of the treasury, to be devoted to necessary repairs and fur-
nishing machinery to the penitentiary.

2. This act shall be in force from its passae.
