Chap. 110.—An ACT to provide for Tfeating the Capitol Building by
Iluot Water Apparatus.
~Pasaed Mareh 3, 1860.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sum of
six thousand dollars be and the same 1s hereby appropriated,
out of any money in the public treasury not otherwise ap-
propriated, for the purpose of heating the capitol building
with hot water apparatus; and that the seer etary of the
commonwealth be and he is hereby authorized to contract
for the same, upon such terms and with such limitations as
he may deem judicious and proper; and that he be authorized
to draw upon the treasury for the said sum of money, or so
much thereof as may be needed for the purposes of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
