Chap. 109.—An ACT appropriating money to pay for Repairs to the
Capitol and Governors House and Public Square, and to purchase
necessary Furuiture for Governors House.
Passed February 9, 1806,
I. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the sum of
ten thousand dollars be and the same is her eby appropriated,
to be paid out accor ding to law. in having repairs done to
the capitol, governor's house and puble square, and to pur-
chase necessary furniture for governor's house.
2. This act shall be in force from its passaye.
