Chap. 64.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Presbyterian
church at Roanoke City, to borrow money and secure by deed of
trust.

Approved February 3, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Presbyterian church at Roanoke City, Vir-
ginia, be and they are hereby authorized to borrow an amount
of money not exceeding’ four thousand dollars, at a rate of
interest not exceeding six per centum per annum, and secure
the same by deed of trust upon the property of the said
church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
