Chap. 60.—An ACT making an Pppropristion for furnishing the new
addition to the Central Lunatic asylum and for the support of addi-
tional inmates and paying of arrearages.

Approved February 3, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of sixteen thousand five hundred dollars be and the
same is hereby appropriated for the purpose of furnishing the
new au ee Central Lunatic asylum for the support

of the inmates thereof until April first, eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, and for the payment of all arrearages due by
said asylum. The said sum of sixteen thousand five hundred
dollars to be paid to the board of directors of said asylum by
warrant of the auditor of public accounts on the treasurer, out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
