Chap. 51.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the courts of
' the sixteenth judicial circuit.

Approved January 30, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts for the several counties of the sixteenth
judicial circuit shall be held as follows:

Russell county: first Monday in March, August and
November.

Grayson county: Tuesday after the second Monday in
April, and Tuesday after the third Monday in October.

Smythe county: third Monday in March and August, and

the first Monday in @eserater-
Washington county: first Monday in May, October, and
January.

2. That all acts and parts of acts so far the same may be
inconsistent with this act, are hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
