Chap. 470.—An ACT to repeal chapter 149 of the Acts of the Extra Ses-
sion of 1884, entitled an act for the protection of fish in Back bay,
in Princess Anne county, Virginia, approved November 27, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter one hundred and forty-nine, Acts of the extra session
of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled an act for the
protection of fish in Back bay, in Princess Anne county, Vir-
ginia, approved November twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred
and eighty-four, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
