Chap. 441.—An ACT for the relief G. S. Healy, sheriff of Middlesex
county.

Approved March 5, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby authorized
to draw his warrant on the treasury in favor of G.S. Healy,
for the sum of one hundred and forty-eight dollars in full of
experses, in taking a lunatic from Middlesex county to Cleve-
land, Ohio, by order of the county court of Middlesex
county. ;

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
