Chap. 427.—An ACT to make Jackson’s river in the county of Alle-
ghany, a lawful fence between certain points.
Approved March 5, 1888.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Jackson’s river in the county of Alleghany, from the mouth
of Dry run, in the Keyser farm, up to the line separating the
lands of A. H. and James W. Mann from the Davis land, be
and the same is hereby made a lawful fence.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
