Chap. 418.—An ACT to provide for a new registration of voters of Ro-
anoke city.

Approved March 5, 1888.

1. Beit enacted by the.general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the electoral board of the city of Roan-
oke, if they shall so determine by a vote of said board, to
order a new registration of the voters of said city, at such
time during the year eighteen hundred and eighty-eight as
they may designate, and the registrars for said city shall, in
every respect, be subject to, and be governed by the general
laws of the state in regard to the registration of voters.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act, are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
