Chap. 405.—JOINT RESOLUTION directing county and city treasu-
rers not to sell lands for delinquent taxes, &c.

Approved March 6, 1888.

1. Be it resolved by the senate (the house of delegates con-
curring), That the treasurers of the respective counties and
cities of the commonwealth are hereby directed not to sell,
before the next session of the general assembly, any lands
heretofore sold for delinquent taxes due the commonwealth,
purchased by the commonwealth and still unredeemed.

2. That the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby
directed not to furnish to said treasurers, for the purposes ot
such sale, the lists of lands so purchased by the state and un-
redeemed, until the next session of the general assembly.

3. These resolutions shall be in force from their passage.
