Chap. 402.—An ACT to allow John R. Aldrich, further time to collect
certain tax-tickets.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
John R. Aldrich, late treasurer of Spotsylvania county, be
allowed the further time of one year from the passage of this
act, within which to distrain and levy for and collect any
uncollected tax-tickets and levies still in his hands for the
years eighteen hundred and eighty-two, eighteen hundred
and eighty-three, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, eighteen
hundred and eighty-five, and eighteen hundred and eighty-
six, not returned delinquent, and for which he has accounted
to the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
