Chap. 397.—An ACT extending time to Charles W. Woolfolk, treasu-
rer of Orange county, for the collection of certain taxes and levies.
Approved March 3, 1888.
1. Bt it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Charles W. Woolfolk, treasurer of Orange county, and his
deputies, be allowed the further time of one year, from the
passage of this act, within which to distrain and levy for and
collect any uncollected tickets for taxes and levies still in his
hands, for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-two, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-three, eighteen hundred and eighty-
four, eighteen hundred and eighty-five, and eighteen hundred
and eighty-six, not returned delinquent, and for which he has
accounted and settled for in his settlement with the state and
county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
