Chap. 378.—An ACT to repeal the charter of the town of Emporia,
approved April twenty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven.

Approved March 2, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Emporia,
approved April twenty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-
seven, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
