Chap. 371.—An ACT to extend the time in which W. W. Kincheloe,
county treasurer of Prince William county, shall be authorized to
collect taxes. :

Approved March 2, 1888.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
W. W. Kincheloe, county treasurer of Prince William coun-
ty, be and is hereby authorized to collect, by levy and sale,
all taxes remaining due and unpaid for the years eighteen
hundred and eighty-two, eighteen hundred and eighty-three,
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, and eighteen hundred and
eighty-five, in said county, the same having been accounted
for by said Kincheloe, treasurer.

2. The power to levy and sell for said taxes, shall exist one
year from the passage of this act.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
