Chap. 366.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Diamond Hill Bap-
tist church of Lynchburg, to borrow money and secure the same by
deed of trust.

Approved March 2, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Diamond Hill Baptist church of Lynch-
burg, Virginia, be and they are hereby authorized to borrow
an amount of money not exceeding eight thousand dollars,
at a rate of interest not exceeding eight per centum per
annum, and to secure the same by a deed of trust on the
property of said church.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
