Chap. 34.—An ACT for the relief of Wm. Scroggins, late treasurer of
Warren county.

Approved January 24, 1888.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That :
William Scroggin, late treasurer of Warren county, be allowed |
the further time of one year within which to distrain and
levy for and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in his
hands, not returned delinquent, for which he has accounted
to the auditor.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage. i
